Turmeric Chai
Warming, anti-inflammatory and so delicious, I make my chai with nut milk instead of water. Add a drop of honey and you have dessert.
Ingredients
Turmeric, black pepper, cardamom, fennel, ginger, cinamon, and cayenne pepper (just a pinch).
